Returns and Exchange:

Exchange Policy

  • Customers may exchange their products within 7 days of delivery.

 Return Policy:

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for your convenience. If you’re unsatisfied with your product, you can initiate a return.
  • Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds, while COD orders qualify for store credits and gift card. These credits can be utilized to purchase another order within one year from the date of issuance.

Cancellation: 

Pre-dispatch

If you wish to initiate a cancellation for your order, kindly send an email to  support@cutelooms.com within 6 hours of placing your order.

Post dispatch

Once an order was dispatched, we could not accommodate any cancellation requests. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before dispatch to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Please Note: 

  • All claims require an unboxing video of the product upon shipment to be considered valid. We strongly advise our customers to record an unboxing video of their product upon delivery.
  • If receiving a faulty, damaged, or substandard product, customers must email 
    support@cutelooms.com with accompanying images and videos of the product within 7 days of receipt. Upon verification of the issue, an appropriate solution will be provided.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with intact tags and labels, and in the original packaging.
